PENGARUH PERILAKU KONSUMEN (FAKTOR SOSIAL, PRIBADI DAN PSIKOLOGI) TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN TIDAK MENGGUNAKAN DIGITAL PAYMENT SYARIAH PADA MAHASISWA FEBI UIN RADEN MAS SAID
This study aims to determine whether social, personal and psychological factors influence the decision not to use sharia digital payments. In determining students' decisions to use sharia digital payments, it is influenced by social, personal and psychological factors. The theory used in this research is the theory of consumer behavior and usage decisions.The research method used a quantitative method by collecting primary data obtained from distributing online questionnaires via google form with a total sample of 85 respondents. Sampling technique used a non-probability sampling with data in 2022. The data analysis technique used was t test. Data processing was carried out with SPSS version 22.Based on the results of the analysis conducted by researchers, there was an influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable as seen from the test (R Square). The results of the partial study (t test) show that the social, and personal variables have no effect on the decision not to use sharia digital payments.
