PENGARUH ONLINE MARKETING, E-SERVICE QUALITY DAN BRAND IMAGE TERHADAP CUSTOMER LOYALTY SMARTPHONE SAMSUNG (Studi Kasus pada Pengguna Smartphone Samsung di Karanganyar)
ABSTRACT Study this aim for knowing the influence of online marketing, e-service quality and brand image of Samsung smartphone customer loyalty (Study Case on Samsung Smartphone users in Karanganyar). Method research used in study this is method quantitative with to do deployment questionnaire in data collection. Technique taking sample used is technique non-probability sampling type purposive sampling with respondent as many as 100 people throughout the district Karanganyar. Variable on study this consist from variable dependent (customer loyalty) and variable independent (online marketing, e-service quality and brand image). Data that has been collected then analyzed with IBM SPSS Software Version 22 help. Results study this show that (1) online marketing is influential significant to Samsung smartphone customer loyalty, (2) influential e-service quality significant to Samsung smartphone customer loyalty and (3) influential brand image significant to Samsung smartphone customer loyalty. The findings of this study provide a conceptual framework regarding the factors that influence customer loyalty. Customer loyalty can be increased by online marketing, e-service quality and brand image. With these positive results, customer loyalty will occur. This is shown by most consumers who agree that they get good service on the quality of electronic services, satisfied shopping through online and a good brand of Samsung smartphone products.
