ABSTRACT Increased liquidity and public demands for ease of transactions have made banks develop electronic transaction services, one of which is ATM. Currently, ATM machine users are increasing as well as criminal cases by hacking customer accounts through ATM machines. This incident prompted the bank to issue a new service, namely cash withdrawal without a card. Quantitative research methodologies are used. The sampling technique used in this survey used a targeted sampling technique. The population and sample are persons from the town of Cirebon who use BSI Mobile, with a total of 100 respondents. Google forms within the framework of how to get data and Likert scale as an instrument. Use quantitative analysis with SPSS 22.0 software for data analysis to prepare for this research. The results of this study are efficiency has a positive and significant effect, convenience has a positive and significant effect, security has a positive and significant effect, and there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence on the interest of the people of Cirebon City to use cash withdrawal services without a card at Indonesian Islamic Bank.
