ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital, firm size, financial performance and capital structure on firm value. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is firm value. This study uses intellectual capital, company size, financial performance and capital structure as independent variables (X). The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Sample selection using purposive sampling method. The data used in this study were 80 data. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the eviews application. The results of the analysis show that intellectual capital, firm size, performance and capital structure have a positive effect on firm value.
