PENGARUH FITUR PELAYANAN DAN RISIKO TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA MENGGUNAKAN LAYANAN MOBILE BANKING DI BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA (Studi pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Mas Said Surakarta)
ABSTRACT The study was conducted to knows an effect of service features and risks on student satisfaction in using Bank Syariah Indonesia's mobile banking services. This research used a quantitative method. This research began with the discovery of various obstacles in the use of mobile banking at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Constraints that are usually experienced are E Wallet and BPJS top ups that are not smooth and the use of this application requires having a strong and stable internet network. Total population in this observation was 3502 students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta and used 346 respondents. Probability sampling was way of taken sampels. The books and journals support literacy in this researched. The distribution of the questionnaire was done using a google form. Data analysis was carried out with validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, model accuracy tests, multiple linear regression tests as well as T tests. The results of the study show that 1) The higher of service features brought an higher offect on student satisfaction in using Bank Syariah Indonesia's mobile banking services. 2) The higher of risk brought an higher effect on student satisfaction in using Bank Syariah Indonesia's mobile banking services. 3) The higher of service features and risk brought an higher offect on student satisfaction in using Bank Syariah Indonesia's mobile banking services.
