ANALISIS TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) TERHADAP MINAT UMKM MENGGUNAKAN DIGITAL PAYMENT QUICK RESPONSE INDONESIA STANDARD (QRIS) DI KOTA SURAKARTA

ABSTRACT QRIS is a national standardization of QR Code payments that has been set by Bank Indonesia which is used to facilitate payment transaction in Indonesia. This study was aimed to determine how the influence of knowledge, ease, usefulness, and risks on the interest of MSMEs using digital payment QRIS in Surakarta. This research method used was a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The population in this study is MSMEs who use digital payment QRIS in Surakarta. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with sample size of 100 MSMEs respondents using QRIS. Data collection techniques are using questionnaires and unstructured interviews with data analysis using SPSS software version 22.0. The results of the analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that the variables of knowledge, ease, and usefulness have a positive and significant effect on the interest of MSMEs using digital payment QRIS. While the risk variable has no effect on the interest of MSMEs using digital payment QRIS in Surakarta.
