PENGARUH DIGITALISASI PERBANKAN MELALUI SELF SERVICE TECHNOLOGY TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA PENGGUNA LAYANAN DIGITAL BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta)
ABSTRACT This study aims ti find influence of the digitalization of banking thought Self-Service Technology in the form of automatic tellers, mobile banking and in-ternet banking of the satisfaction of students using BSI digital service. This study is quantitative by using probability sampling as a way to obtain data. The popula-tion in thi s study were students of FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, which amounted to 3502 and using a Taro Yamane formula, there are 100 people who were chosen to be the sample. Reserchers used primery data though survey result by google forms and secondary data by books, websites and other documents. Da-ta nalysis used validity and reliability test, slassical assumption test, model accu-racy test, multiple linier regression test and T test (partial). The results showed that1.) the better the ATM service received, the hogher the satisfaction felt by studens, 2) the better the mobile banking service received, the hogher the satisfaction felt by studens,3) the better the internet banking ser-vice received, the hogher the satisfaction felt by studens who use digital banking sevice thoug self service technology at Bank Syariah Indonesia.
