PENGARUH PERSEPSI KEBERMANFAATAN DAN PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN UMKM UNTUK BERTRANSAKSI MENGGUNAKAN DIGITAL PAYMENT (Studi Pada UMKM di Kota Surakarta)
Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived convenience on MSME decisions to transact using digital payments. Perceptions of usefulness and perceived convenience are variables used in accordance with TAM theory which is used to measure or determine the behavior of users of an information system, so that MSMEs that act as populations and samples in this study can know the factors that influence their decisions to use digital payments. This study uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted using data in the form of a questionnaire as primary data and data that had been previously studied as secondary data. The questionnaire used is in accordance with the indicators used in the TAM theory, so that the research objectives can be known and do not cross the research boundaries. The analysis in this study was carried out with Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Testing using SPSS software. This study states that perceptions of usefulness have a significant positive influence on MSME decisions to transact using digital payments, and perceptions of convenience have a significant positive influence on MSME decisions to transact using digital payments.
