PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, DANA PERIMBANGAN, DAN BELANJA MODAL TERHADAP TINGKAT KEMANDIRIAN KEUANGAN DAERAH (Studi Empiris pada Daerah-Daerah Tertinggal di Indonesia dalam Strategi Nasional Percepatan Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal Tahun 2021)

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the local own revenue, capital expenditure, balancing fund of research and development level of local independence. The population in this study is the regions that are part of the national strategy for accelerating the development of underdeveloped regions in 2021 with a total of 62 regions. The sampling technique used in this study was the purposive sampling method and the research samples were obtained by 60 regions. The research method is quantitative. The data analysis technique is Multiple Regression Analysis with the help of the Eviews 10 program. The results showed that local own revenue, share allocation fund, capital expenditure has no effect on the level of local independence. General allocation fund has negatif effect and special allocation fund has a positive effect on the level of local independence.
