ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of user education and training programs, user involvement, and top management support on the Village Financial System in all Pacitan Districts, Kebonagung Districts, and Arjosari Districts, Pacitan Districts. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population used in this study was 56 villages in Pacitan District, Kebonagung District, Arjosari District in Pacitan District which consisted of 56 people. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample. The data collection technique used is primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that user education and training programs have a negative effect on the performance of the Village Financial System. User involvement and top management support have a positive effect on the performance of the Village Financial System.
