PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, BEBAN KERJA, DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN DI CV. KREASI INDAH BUSANA
ABSTRACT Job satisfaction is one of the employee needs that is a factor in the success of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work environment, workload, and leadership style had on employee job satisfaction at CV. Kreasi Indah Busana. This study used a sample of 104 employees of CV. Kreasi Indah Busana with a direct sampling technique using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested using the instrument test (validity test and reliability test). The data analysis used in this study consisted of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and model determination test. The software used to perform data analysis is IBM SPSS Version 23. This study found that the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, seen from the magnitude of the significance value of 0.008 < 0.05 and the value of Tcount 2.724 ≥ Ttable 1.659. Workload has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, seen from the magnitude of the significance value 0.592 > 0.05 and the Tcount 0.538 ≤ Ttable 1.659. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction seen from the magnitude of the significance value of 0.005
