PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, PRODUK WISATA, DAN HARGA TERHADAP MINAT BERKUNJUNG KEMBALI MELALUI KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus Pengunjung Umbul Pengging Boyolali)
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine "The Influence of Service Quality, Tourism Products, and Prices on Visiting Interests through Visitor Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study of Pengging Boyolali Umbul Visitors)", located in Hamlet Village, Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency, Central Java. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses primary data. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who were taken from visitors who had visited Umbul Pengging Boyolali. This research method is carried out online and offline with 75 online respondents and 25 offline respondents. The technique used in this research is Accidental Sampling. The results of this study are the quality of service, tourism products, and prices have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. The quality of service, tourism products, and prices have a significant effect on interest in revisiting. Visitor satisfaction has a significant effect on interest in revisiting. Visitor satisfaction is not able to mediate service quality on interest in revisiting. Visitor satisfaction is able to mediate tourism products and prices on interest in revisiting.
