PENGARUH HARGA, PRODUCT QUALITY, DAN SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP MINAT BELI ULANG PADA CAFÉ SUSU SEGAR PAK TOM KLATEN
ABSTRACT In the business world, especially in the culinary field, it continues to experience developments in line with the increasing needs of consumers. One of the culinary types that is a favorite of consumers is drinks made from processed milk. One of the popular cafés that provides the main menu of milk drinks with a variety of flavors is Pak Tom Klaten Fresh Milk Café. the author's reason for researching Pak Tom Klaten's Fresh Milk Café is because Pak Tom Klaten's Fresh Milk Café was always busy even during the last Covid-19.In addition, the writer wants to know what factors are the reasons for consumers to make repeat purchases at Pak Tom Klaten's Fresh Milk Café. The type of research used is quantitative research using primary data as a data source. The sample used in this study were 108 respondents taken from people who live in Tulung District, Klaten Regency who have made purchases at Pak Tom Klaten's Fresh Milk Café. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed through the Google Form and uses a 1-4 Likert Scale. Data analysis techniques used research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, model accuracy tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test). The results showed that (1) the results of the t test showed that price had a significant effect on repurchase intention because the significance value of the price variable was 0.001
