ANALISIS KOMPARATIF PERSEPSI KONSUMEN TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN HARGA PADA GOFOOD DAN SHOPEEFOOD (Studi Kasus Pada Pengguna Layanan Gofood dan Shopeefood di Surakarta)
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze how the differences in consumer perceptions of service quality and prices on gofood and shopefood. The approach used is a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using non probably sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Statistical analysis of data using t test analysis. The source of data used in this study is primary data using the SPSS software analysis tool version 2.3. The subjects of this study amounted to 120 respondents who had used Gofood and Shopefood services in the Surakarta area with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that there are differences in consumer perceptions of service quality and prices at Gofood and Shopefood. Judging from the average value of service quality, it shows that Gofood's service quality is higher in value when compared to service quality at Shopeefood. And judging from the average price, Shopeefood has a higher average value than Gofood. This means that respondents are more satisfied with the prices provided by Shopeefood.
