PENGARUH HARGA, DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN DALAM MENGGUNAKAN JASA CUCI SEPATU SHOESCLEAN.TSR
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of price and promotion on consumer decisions in using shoe washing services at shoesclean.tsr. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study people who have used shoe washing services at shoesclean.tsr. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 120 respondents. The variables used in this study consisted of two types, namely the dependent variable or the dependent variable (Y) and the independent variable or independent variable (X). The dependent variable in this research is consumer decision. While the independent variables in this study consisted of two, namely price and promotion. The data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, data processing uses the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that price has a significant effect on consumer decisions in using shoe washing services at shoesclean.tsr, and promotion has a significant effect on consumer decisions in using shoe washing services at shoesclean.tsr Keywords: Price, Promotion,Consumer Decision .
