PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPERCAYAAN PELANGGAN UNTUK MENCIPTAKAN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN (Studi Kasus Konsumen Papa Cookies Cabang Sragen)
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product on customer trust to create customer loyalty. (Case Study of Papa Cookies in Sragen branch). The research method used is a quantitative method with a convenience sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the Likert scale. In this study, the data source used was primary data using statistical data analysis tools and the IBM SPSS 23.0 progam. The data collection method in this study was 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a major influence in influencing customer trust and loyalty. This shows that the Papa Cookies Sragen branch customers have a good response to create loyalty. Keywords : Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Trust, Customer Loyalty.
