PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN YAYASAN BANI ADAM BOYOLALI
ABSTRACT This study aims to explain the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of the employees of the Bani Adam Boyolali Foundation. This study uses SPSS 22 software. The samples in this study were 80 respondents taken from employees of the Bani Adam Boyolali Foundation. The type of research used is quantitative, this study uses primary data taken through a printed questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study is by using probability sampling. This study uses 3 variables. The independent variables are leadership style and work motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The data collection method in this study was by distributing questionnaires to the employees of the Bani Adam Boyolali Foundation consisting of Raudhotul Atfal (RA) Bani Adam I in the District of Boyolali City, Raudhotul Atfal ( RA) Bani Adam II in Kebonbimo District, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Modern Bani Adam, Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Bani Adam, Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Bani Adam. The results of this study indicate that t_table = 0.325 it can be concluded that in the leadership style equation, work motivation values t_count are 3.842, 0.029, respectively. From the table it is known that the t_count of the leadership style variable is greater than t_table, then the leadership style variable has an effect on employee performance. While the t_count of the work motivation variable is smaller than t_table, the work motivation variable does not have a significant effect on employee performance.
