PENGARUH KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL, FLEKSIBILITAS, DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA MITRA DRIVER SHOPEE FOOD DI SOLO RAYA
ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how the effect of financial compensation, flexibility, and work stress on the job satisfaction of Shopee food driver partners in Solo Raya, the research method used is a quantitative method using three independent variables namely financial compensation, flexibility, and work stress also using one variable dependent, namely job satisfaction. The sample used in this study were 120 respondents using the simple random sampling method, namely a random sampling technique without regard to strata or levels in the population. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires. Data analysis used instrument test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression test, and also hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS 25 software. From the results of the study it can be concluded that partially financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on driver partner job satisfaction, flexibility has a positive and significant effect on driver partner job satisfaction, while work stress has a significant effect on job satisfaction.
