PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN TERHADAP KINERJA DAN KEBERLANJUTAN USAHA UMKM DI KOTA SUKOHARJO

ABSTRACT The goal of this study to analyse the influence of financial literacy on performance and sustainability small scale industry (UMKM) in Sukoharjo Regency. This study is quantitative research by using validity test, reliability test, corellation coeficient and t-test to test hyphothesis and take research population and sampl, namely the the performers of UMKM in the field of food and beverage in 12 sub districts from 100 respondents in purposive random sampling using questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy significantly influence on the performance and the sustainability of UMKM. The higher the mastery on financial literacy, the better the business management of UMKM, it enable the practitioners of UMKM business to improve the performance and sustainability of the UMKM business.
