PENGARUH KEMANFAATAN, KEMUDAHAN DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN DALAM PENGGUNAAN LINKAJA SYARIAH MASYARAKAT KOTA SURAKARTA

ABSTRACT The use of electronic money and the number of electronic money transaction to increasing every year. This research aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived trust on satisfaction in using LinkAja Syariah for the Surakarta City Community. The samples in this research was 100 respondents using purposive random sampling and data obtained by distributing questionnare to the Surakarta City using LinkAja Syariah. This research used a multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the analysis results, the perception of usefulness, perceived convenience, and perception of trust had a significant partial and simultaneous effect on satisfaction with the use of LinkAja Syariah for the Surakarta City Community. From the results of the determination test, the value of R-square was 62.8%, and other factors not included in this research explained the remaining 37.2%.
