ANALISIS PENGARUH PRODUK, HARGA, PROMOSI, DISTRIBUSI PADA KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI DANA (Studi Generasi Milenial di Solo Raya)
ABSTRACT DANA digital wallet comes with an open-platform concept, meaning, the DANA application can be entered and used in a variety of different platforms, both offline and online, but still integrated. This open platform concept, in addition to being able to connect with various other forms of payment instruments, funds can also be utilized by various sectors, including education, public services, social services, to street vendors. DANA can also be used on several platforms and applications such as Bukalapak, TIX ID, BBM, BPJS Kesehatan, Alfamart, Alfamidi, and many other merchants. This study aims to examine the effect of product, price, promotion, and distribution on the decision to use DANA application as digital payment. In this study used primary data obtained from field research with the object of research DANA application users. To process and analyze the data, the author uses the help of SPSS application to determine the effect of the relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results obtained that the product, price, promotion, and distribution have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use the DANA application. Promotion variable is a variable that has a dominant influence on the decision to use the application of funds. Keywords: product, price, promotion, distribution, usage decision
