ANALISIS PENGARUH E-SERVICE QUALITY DAN TRUST TERHADAP MINAT PENGGUNAAN LINKAJA SYARIAH SEBAGAI DOMPET DIGITAL (Studi pada Mahasiwa FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta)

ABSTRACT Technology has a big potential to be developed in Indonesia, especially for the aspect of Halal (permitted in Islam) technology. Therefore, LinkAja launched an Islamic LinkAja Service as the first Islamic digital wallet in Indonesia which had many payment features under the Islamic principles. This feature has been allowed by DSN-MUI in operating Islamic e-money. This study aimed to identify whether there is an influence of E-Service Quality and Trust to the users’ interest in using Islamic LinkAja in the students of FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. This quantitative research required the population of FEBI students in UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta and there were 4.750 students for the population. In collecting the sample, this research applied non-probability sampling and purposive sampling and it resulted in 110 respondents. The data were collected by using online questionnaires through google form and spread to any social media. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the program of SPSS 22. The research showed that E-Service Quality had a positive and significant influence to the interest in using Islamic LinkAja, and the trust perception also had a positive and significant influence to the interest in using Islamic LinkAja.
