PREFERENSI NASABAH NONMUSLIM TERHADAP BMT AMANAH UMMAH
ABSTRACT The objective of this study was to determine and analyze the the preferences of non-Muslim customers using the services of BMT Amanah Ummah. The variables used in this study are cultural, social, personal and psychological variables. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The resource persons in this study amounted to 4 (four) people. Where 4 (four) people are non-Muslim customers who use the services at BMT Amanah Ummah. In collecting data, the writer uses interview and documentation techniques with data analysis using data reduction and data presentation. This study resulted in a total of 4 BMT Amanah Ummah customers using the theory of factors influencing J. Setiadi's preferences as a reference. So it can be concluded that from 4 samples of non-Muslim customers, the factors that determine their preferences in choosing BMT Amanah Ummah for transactions are personal factors supported by social factors.
