PENERAPAN MODEL UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY (UTAUT) TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN DIGITAL PAYMENT LINKAJA SYARIAH (Studi Pada Pengguna Muslim di Kabupaten Ngawi)

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and e-trust on the use of digital payment LinkAja Syariah for Muslim users in Ngawi Regency. The population in this study were LinkAja Syariah users in Ngawi Regency. The sample taken is 100 respondents using LinkAja Syariah in Ngawi Regency and the sample technique used in this study is non probability sampling. Processed data obtained from primary data in the form of a questionnaire. While the analysis used is instrument analysis , multiple regression analysis test and hypothesis testing. The analytical method used is regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social indulgence had no effect on the use of LinkAja Syariah digital payments for Muslim users in Ngawi Regency. Meanwhile, facilitating conditions and e-trust affect the use of LinkAja Syariah digital payments for Muslim users in Ngawi Regency. Keywords: UTAUT, e-trust, LinkAja Syariah and digital payment
