PENGARUH STRES KERJA, KEPUASAN KERJA, DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN
ABSTRACT The company's success is greatly influenced by the human resources. But in reality, managing human resources is not an easy thing to do. One of the problems that are often experienced by companies is employee turnover, which of course can disrupt the company's productivity. Including PT. Nesia Pan Pacific Clothing Wonogiri who did not escape these problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with survey method. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method with a total sample of 105 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the analysis was carried out by processing data using the SPSS 23.00 for window application. Then the data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and F test is carried out. The results of the study show that: (1) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. (2) Job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on employee turnover intention. (3) Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. (4) Variables of job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have an influence on employee turnover intentin.
