ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN MUTU PRODUKSI PERCETAKAN MELALUI PENDEKATAN STATISTICAL QUALITY CONTROL (SQC) (Studi Kasus Pada OCM Percetakan dan Fotocopy di Grobogan)

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether the application of the production quality control system at OCM Percetakan dan Fotocopy is under control or not and to find the cause of product damage or defects in the company. Statistical Quality Control method is a statistical method that is useful for measuring the extent to which the quality control process in a company, which results will be compared with the standards that have been applied by the company. The results of this study indicate that the production quality control at the OCM Percetakan dan Fotocopy company still has some products that have not been controlled. Products that have not been controlled include; stickers, photocopies, invitations, and labels, while the products that have been controlled are only banners/banners. The results of interviews and field observations show that the factors that cause damage to the product are environmental factors, people, machines, and raw materials.
