ANALISIS PENGARUH TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL(TAM) PADA TRANSAKSI CARDLESS BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH DENGAN KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING
ABSTRACT Cardless is a cash withdrawal transaction without using a card at all, when you make a transaction you only need to remember the pin. This study aims to determine the effect of application benefits, user convenience, user intentions and user satisfaction on customer loyalty in using cardless transactions. The method used is a quantitative approach, with the number of samples used is 100 respondents who use cardless services for customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with data analysis using SPSS version 22.0 software. The results of the analysis used in this study is the analysis of the Interaction Test (Moderated Regression Analysis / MRA). The results of the study prove that application benefits, user intentions and user satisfaction affect customer loyalty in using cardless transactions, while user convenience does not affect customer loyalty in using cardless transactions, and application benefits, user convenience affects loyalty in using cardless transactions with customer satisfaction. user as a moderating variable while user intention has no effect on customer loyalty in using cardless transactions with user satisfaction as a moderating variable.
