EVALUASI KEBIJAKAN RESTRUKTURISASI PEMBIAYAAN PADA BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA SYARIAH KCS SURAKARTA DALAM MENGATASI PEMBIAYAAN BERMASALAH SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19

ABSTRACT This research was aimed to find out how the evaluation of financial restructuring policy to solve Non Performing Financings (NPF) in BTN Sharia KC Surakarta during the covid-19 pandemic. The approach of this research was qualitative approach with descriptive method. The research population was BTN Sharia KC Surakarta. The sampling techniques were by using purposive sampling and snowball sampling from 10 informants, consisting of 5 customers who had ever done the financial restructuring and 5 BTN Sharia KC Surakarta’s employees. The data collection techniques were taken by observation, interview, documentation, and data triangulation. The result of the research showed that applying the financial restructuring policy in BTN Sharia KC Surakarta could reduce the Non Performing Financings (NPF). It could be proven by the reduction of the NPF from 2020 to 2022 which was from 0,60%, to 0,43%. Moreover, the number of customers who did the restructuring from 2020 to 2022 was also reduced from 1.184 customers on the first restructuring policy to only 6 customers on the third restructuring policy. The financial restructuring policy in BTN Sharia KC Surakarta was done by giving extended time to pay the debt. Keywords : NPF, financing of problems, financing restructuring.
