PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI PADA PEMERINTAH DAERAH DI PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of local government financial performance on economic growth in Central Java. The objects studied in this study are all local governments in the province of Central Java for the period 2018-2021.This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is a report on the financial performance of local governments in Central Java Province during 2018-2021 and there are 35 local governments. Based on data analysis conducted by panel data regression analysis, it shows that the independent variable of regional independence has no effect on economic growth, while regional dependence has an effect on economic growth. Effectiveness has no effect on economic growth and efficiency has no effect on economic growth. Keywords : independence, dependence, effectiveness, efficiency and economic growth
