PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN ELEKTRONIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH PADA ERA DIGITAL DI LEMBAGA MICROFINANCE SYARIAH (Studi Kasus Baitul Mal wat Tamwil Amanah Ummah)
ABSTRACT The application of mobile banking is a form of commitment from the banking world in providing quality electronic services, this aspect can be felt and assessed directly by customers who have used it. This assessment can then affect their level of satisfaction. Based on this, it encourages researcher to examine the effect of the quality of AUM Mobile's electronic services on service products from BMT Amanah Ummah on user satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative descriptive by using questionnaire instrument as many as 16 items. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires in google form format to BMT Amanah Ummah customers who use the AUM Mobile application with sample size of 50. The results showed that the aspect of electronic service quality as proxied by the responsiveness and privacy variables had a significant positive relationship with customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the variables of reliability, information quality and ease to use have no effect on customer satisfaction using the AUM Mobile application.
