PENGGUNAAN DIGITAL PAYMENT SYARIAH PADA MASYARAKAT KOTA SURAKARTA MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN TEORI ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) PADA LAYANAN SYARIAH LINKAJA

ABSTRACT

Electronic money development has recently led to significant growth. This is
supported by BI research records, which show that electronic money transactions have
increased rapidly in the last five years. The growth of LinkAja's sharia services in
Surakarta is quite advanced due to collaboration with numerous education and
economic sectors of the Surakarta community. To find out how LinkAja's sharia service
technology can be accepted among the people in the city of Surakarta, a theory is used
to carry out new technology acceptance behavior called TAM theory. Thus, the purpose
of this study was to identify and analyze the TAM test in assessing the acceptance of
LinkAja users in Surakarta City.
This study used a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was
purposive sampling. The variables in this study are perceived usefulness, perceived
ease of use, behavioral intention to use, and actual system usage. The data analysis
technique used was SEM PLS.
The results of this study revealed that perceived ease of use affects perceived
usefulness, perceived usefulness affects behavioral intention of use, perceived ease of
use affects behavioral intention of use, the behavioral intention of use affects actual
system usage, and perceived usefulness does not affect actual system usage, and
perceived ease of use affects the actual system usage on the use of LinkAja's sharia
services.
