ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN PRODUK PEMBIAYAAN MURABAHAH (STUDI KASUS KOPERASI JA’FAR MEDIKA SYARIAH)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing strategy is used in
the distribution of KSU Ja'far Medika Syariah funds in the Karanganyar Regency
area. Where this research focuses more on murabahah financing products in this
study, it is carried out with a strategy that is being determined by cooperatives in
showing the development of cooperatives from year to year, but in recent years
there has been a decline in murabahah financing due to the impact of the covid19
pandemic. Based on the reasons above, the researcher assumes that the strategy
set by KSU Ja'far Medika Syariah is quite good.
This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, the process of
which used triangulation techniques as for data collection. The results of this
study are about how the murabahah financing strategy at the Ja'far Medika
Syariah Cooperative is with the application of the marketing mix and obstacles
when marketing the product. The conclusion of the study shows that the marketing
strategy carried out by KSU Ja'far Medika Syariah can affect the increase in the
number of members/customers of the cooperative. And to strengthen relations
with members of the cooperative, they always hold gatherings or eat together with
members/customers.
