PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and
organizational commitment on employee performance with Organizational
Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable. This study used
quantitative methods with questionnaires as material for collecting data which
was analyzed using path analysis and sobel tests with the help of SPSS software
version 24. The sample used in this study was 81 respondents.
The results of this study show that job satisfaction and organizational
commitment have a positive effect on OCB. Job satisfaction, organizational
commitment and OCB have a positive effect on employee performance. Based on
the results of the track analysis and sobel test, it shows that OCB is able to
mediate the influence of job satisfaction variables and organizational commitment
to employee performance.
