PERAN MOTIVASI, KEPRIBADIAN DAN PENGETAHUAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DALAM MEMPENGARUHI MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA PELAKU USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH (Studi Kasus Pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Wonogiri)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the role of motivation, personality and
entrepreneurial knowledge in influencing entrepreneurial interest. This study uses
a quantitative research method approach through the distribution of questionnaires
as data collection material which is then analyzed using the Multiple Linear
Regression statistical technique with the help of the IBM SPSS 23 program.
Sampling in this study uses the Probability Sampling methods, with the Simple
Random Sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents
who are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Wonogiri Regency.
Based on the results of the analysis using multiple linear regression test, it
shows that the role of entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and significant
effect on interest in entrepreneurship, while the role of entrepreneurial personality
has no significant effect on influencing interest in entrepreneurship. Another
variable in this study, namely entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and
significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The results of this study indicate
that the variables of motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge have a positive and
significant influence on the interest in entrepreneurship, but the personality
variable does not have a significant influence on the interest in entrepreneurship
because there are some respondents who only continue the business run by their
parents.
