PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, STRES KERJA, DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA TEHADAP KINERJA GURU SD DI BANYUDONO BOYOLALI PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress, and work
safety on the performance of elementary school teachers in Banyudono Boyolali
during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative method that
presents the results in the form of numbers. The population in this study were
elementary school teachers who teach at elementary schools in Banyudono. The
sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 160 people.
The dependent variable (y) of this study is teacher performance. The
independent variable (x) includes: workload (x1), work stress (x2), and work
safety (x3). The data analysis method used by the researcher is multiple linear
regression models. Meanwhile, the data processing was using IBM SPSS Statistics
23.
The results of this study showed that: Workload, work stress and work
safety simultaneously have a significant effect on the teacher performance as
proved by a significance of 0.000˂0.05. Workload partially has a significant
effect on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.007˂0.05, work
stress partially has a significant effect on the teacher performance with a
significance value of 0.022˂0.05, work safety partially has a significant effect on
the teacher performance with a significance value of 0.000˂ 0.05.
