PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI, LOCUS OF CONTROL, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN LINGKUNGAN ETIKA TERHADAP INTENSI WHISTLEBLOWING (Studi Kasus Pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kota Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, locus of
control, organizational commitment and ethical environment on whistleblowing
intentions. This study uses primary data with a quantitative approach. The
population of all employees in the Surakarta City Regional Apparatus
Organization. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that 85
respondents were obtained.
Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis
technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study
indicate that the variables of organizational climate, locus of control,
organizational commitment and ethical environment have a significant positive
effect on whistleblowing intentions.
From the results of the analysis, it is known that 72.3% of whistleblowing
intentions can be explained by the variables of organizational climate, locus of
control, organizational commitment, and ethical environment. While the remaining
27.7% is influenced by other variables that are not in this study.
