PENGARUH HARGA KOMPETITIF, KERAGAMAN PRODUK, DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DI TOKO DYS BETENG TRADE CENTER (BTC) KOTA SOLO Studi Kasus Pada Pengunjung Beteng Trade Center (BTC) Kota Solo
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of competitive prices, product
diversity, and service quality on purchasing decisions at DYS stores with a case
study of visitors to Beteng Trade Center (BTC) Solo City. The sampling technique
used was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling. Data were analyzed
with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The sample in this study amounted to
100 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative research method. For
the data analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that: (1) competitive prices have a significant and
positive effect on purchasing decisions. (2) product diversity has a significant and
positive effect on purchasing decisions. (3) service quality has a significant and
positive effect on purchasing decisions. Competitive prices, product diversity, and
service quality have an influence of 93.5% on purchasing decisions. This research
develops understanding in fashion marketing management, one of which is Beteng
Trade Center (BTC) Solo City in increasing sales.
