PENGARUH WORKPLACE SPIRITUALITY DAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP INTENTION TO STAY (Studi Kasus pada Perawat Rumah Sakit di Solo Raya)

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of workplace spirituality and
employee engagement on intention to stay hospital nurse in Solo. This research
uses quantitatieve methods with probability sampling technique and the type of
sampling used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents.
This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool, which is
analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25 with multiple linier regression analysis. The
variables used are workplace spirituality(X), employee engagement (Z) and
intention to stay(Y).
The results showed that workplace spirituality has a significant positive
effect on intention to stay. Workplace spirituality has a significant positive effect
on employee engagement. Employee engagement has a significant positive effect
on intention to stay. Workplace spirituality has no significant effect on intention to
stay through employee engagement.
