ANALISIS PENGARUH INDUSTRIAL WORK PRACTICES DAN LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS TERHADAP WORK READINESS (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa D3 STMIK AMIKOM Surakarta)

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the effect of Industrial Work Practices and
Learning Achievement towards Work Readiness. This study uses a quantitative
method approach by using a questionnaire as a data collection material, and
analyzing the data using the IBM SPSS Software Version 22. The sample in this
study amounted to 105 respondents taken from D3 STMIK AMIKOM Surakarta
students who had implemented internship or PPL practices.
The data analysis techniques uses research instrument test, descriptive
statistical test, classical assumption test, model accuracy test, multiple linear
regression analysis and partial test (T-Test). The results of this study show that
Industrial Work Practices have a positive and significant effect on Work
Readiness, and Learning Achievement has a positive and significant effect on
Work Readiness. The results showed that the Industrial Work Practices and
Learning Achievement variables affected the Work Readiness by 34.4% and the
remaining 65.6% is influenced by other factors or variables that are not included
in this study.
