HUBUNGAN KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS MELALUI KEPUASAN PADA KONSUMEN SHOPEE FOOD (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Solo Raya)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality and
loyalty through customer satisfaction with shopee food, a case study of Solo Raya
students. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique which is
non-probability samples with a total of 126 students as respondents from Solo
Raya.
In this study, loyalty acts as a dependent while service quality as an
independent variable and satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research uses
quantitative research methods. Data analysis used multiple linear regression
analysis using t-statistical test as a hypothesis test and path analysis with (Path
Analysis) with Sobel test.
The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on
satisfaction, service quality had a significant effect on loyalty, satisfaction had a
significant effect on loyalty, and service quality on loyalty could be mediated by
satisfaction.
