PERAN MANAJEMEN BAKAT DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN KERJA DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) DENGAN MEDIASI PERSON-ORGANIZATIONAL FIT
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of talent management on job satisfaction
and organizational citizenship behavior by mediating person-organizational fit. This
study uses quantitative research methods and uses a sample of 110 talented employees
at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile. Sampling in this study using simple random
sampling technique. For data analysis using multiple linear regression path analisys
using t statistic test as a hypothesis test and Sobel test as a mediation test. The results
showed that talent management has a positive and significant relationship to person-
organization fit, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior. Person-
organization Fit has a positive and significant relationship mediate directly between
talent management and job satisfaction. Then Person-organization Fit has a positive
and significant relationship mediate directly between talent management and
organizational citizenship behavior. The limitation of this research is there is a
coefficient of determination test result of 24,4% the result of the influence of talent
management variabels on person-organization fit variabels. The findings of this study
are that organizations can implement a talent management system and Person-
organization Fit so that employees have job satisfaction in their work which can
provide benefits for the organization to help achieve organizational goals and
organizations must be able to align their competencies, values, and goals, so that the
organization will benefit from their attitude.
