PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP EKUITAS MEREK SWALAYAN LARIS KLATEN (Studi Pada Konsumen Swalayan Laris di Wilayah Kota Klaten)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to analyze how the influence of service
quality, perceived quality, and brand image on brand equity at Swalayan Laris.
This study uses SPSS 22 software. The sample used in this study amounted to 120
respondents. This research was conducted in Klaten City.
The method in this research is to use quantitative research methods. This
study uses 3 variables. The independent variables are service quality and brand
image, while the dependent variable is brand equity.
The results of this study indicate that service quality has an effect on
brand equity, based on a partial analysis that t count (2.388) is greater than t
table (1.98081). On the other hand, While brand image has an effect on brand
equity, that t count (6.366) is greater than t table (1.98081).
