PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, PROSEDUR, NILAI TAKSIRAN DAN BIAYA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN NASABAH DALAM MENGGUNAKAN PRODUK RAHN DI MASA PANDEMI COVID 19 PADA PEGADAIAN SYARIAH NGABEAN (KARTASURA)
ABSTRACT
This study relates to the sharia pawn product provided by Pegadaian
Syariah in helping the community’s economy during the covid-19 pandemic. This
study is also based on factors influencing customer decisions in using Rahn
products. This study used service quality, procedures, estimated values, and costs
variables to find out the customer’s consideration factors in using Rahn products.
The formulation of the problem is ‘Is there a partial or simultaneous influence of
the service quality, procedures, estimated value, and costs variables on customer
decisions in using Rahn at Pegadaian Syariah at Ngabean unit.
This study used quantitative method. The population of this study was
customers of Pegadaian Syariah at Ngabean unit with a total sample of 100
respondents selected using a random sampling technique. This study used primary
data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Data were
processed using SPSS version 20.
The results showed that simultaneously service quality, procedure,
estimated value, and cost variables affected customer decisions in using Rahn
products at the Pegadaian Syariah at Ngabean unit. Then, the results of R square
showed an influence of the independent variable of 31.9% on the dependent
variable.
