PENGARUH REPUTASI PERUSAHAAN, RISIKO, DAN FLUKTUASI HARGA EMAS TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN GENERASI MUDA MENGGUNAKAN PRODUK TABUNGAN EMAS PEGADAIAN SYARIAH
ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify the effect of company reputation, risk, and
fluctuations in gold prices on the young generation’s decisions to use gold-saving
products of Sharia Pawnshop. This study was conducted in Solo Raya. The
determination of the sample used a purposive sampling technique with a sample
size of 96 respondents.
This study used a quantitative method with the help of the SPSS 22 for the
analysis. The independent variable used in this study was the influence of company
reputation, risk, and fluctuations in gold prices, while the dependent variable was
the young’s generation decision to use the gold-savings products of Sharia
Pawnshop.
The results of this study showed that simultaneously the company's
reputation, risk, and gold price fluctuations obtained an F-count value of 7.108
which is higher than the F-table of 2.70. Partially, the variables of company
reputation and risk have no significant effect, while fluctuations in gold prices have
a significant effect on the young generation’s decisions to use gold savings
products.
