PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK , INOVASI PRODUK DAN APLIKASI PESAN ANTAR MAKANAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMEN DENGAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Studi Kasus pada Konsumen McDonald’s di Kota Solo)

ABSTRACT

This research is aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, product
innovation and food delivery application to consumer loyalty with consumer
satisfaction as mediating variable with case study to McDonal’s consumer in Solo
City. This research classified as quantitative research with collecting data
technique using questionnaire method. Data collected then analize used SPSS
version 22 software. This research involved 133 respondents as sample.
The result of this research shows that (1) Product’s quality have not
affected to consumer satisfaction. (2) Product’s innovation has given positive
affect to consumer satisfaction. (3) Food delivery application has given positive
impact to consumer satisfaction. (4) Product’s quality have not affected to
consumer loyalty. (5) Product’s innovation have not affected to consumer loyalty.
(6) Food delivery application has given positive impact to consumer loyalty. (7)
Consumer satisfaction has given positive impact to consumer loyalty. (8)
Product’s quality have affected to consumer loyalty that mediated by consumer
satisfaction. (9) Product’s innovation have affected to consumer loyalty that by
consumer satisfaction. (10) Food delivery application have affected to consumer
loyalty that by consumer satisfaction
This result of this research gave us description abaout factor’s that
affected to consumer loyalty .So, we can conclude that to make consumer’s
satisfaction and loyalty are not only appear from produt’s quality, product’s
innovation and food delivey application, but there are many factors that affected
it. Otherwise for the next research, the researcher suggests to use other variable
that is not used in this research.
