PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL ATASAN-BAWAHAN, KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL DAN PERILAKU KERJA INOVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Karyawan PT Aksara Solopos Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interpersonal
communication between superiors and subordinates, organizational commitment
and innovation work behavior on employee performance. The population in this
study were employees who worked at PT Aksara Solopos Surakarta. The method
eof collecting data from this research site. For sampling using Probability
Sampling Methods, which applies the Random Sampling technique. Calculation of
sample size using the Slovin formula which obtained a total sample of 109
respondents from a total population of 150 employees. Data were analyzed using
IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 software.
The dependent variable (Y) of this study is employee perfomance, while
the independent variable (X) is interpersonal communication, organuzational
commitment and innovation work behaviour. The method applied in this reseacrh
is quantitative method. For data analysis method, the reseacrh uses multiple
linear regression analysis linear regression analysis which show that
interpersonal communiation has a significant effect on empoyee perfomance. For
the variable of organizational comitment, there is also a signicant influence on
employee perfomance. And for the innovation work behavior ariable also has a
significant effect on employee perfomance. From the results of this study, it can be
concluded that all. Independent variable (interpersonal
communication,organization commitment and innovation work behavior) can
effect the dependent variable (employee perfomance)
