PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, KOMPENSASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of transformational
leadership, compensation and organizational commitment on employee performance
at PT Sari Warna Asli Karanganyar. The quantitative method applied in this study used
a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 as data collection material which was
analyzed with the help of IBM SPSS version 22 software. The sample used in this study
amounted to 100 respondents taken from the marketing division staff and production
division of PT Sari Warna Asli Karanganyar. . This study uses a sampling technique
that is purposive sampling.
The data analysis technique used research instrument test, classical assumption
test, model accuracy test, T test and data analysis using multiple linear regression
analysis. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership variable
has a significant effect on employee performance, the compensation variable has a
significant effect on employee performance and the organizational commitment
variable has a significant effect on employee performance. The findings of this study
are aimed at making organizations aware of the importance of implementing
transformational leadership, providing compensation and organizational commitment
in improving employee performance in order to achieve organizational goals.
