ABSTRACT 

This research aims to determine the impact of qardhul hasan financing at Al-
Manshur Barokahing Gusti Klaten Micro Waqf Bank on the development of Micro
Enterprises during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic caused Micro
Business actors to experience an economic crisis due to Government Regulations
such as PSBB and PPKM which caused the level of public purchases of Micro
Enterprises to be reduced due to limited activities. Thus, the contribution of financial
institutions in helping to overcome these problems. Bank Wakaf Mikro Al-Manshur
is a Sharia microfinance institution that can help Micro Business actors through qard
financing that ignores the profit and interest share.
This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach.
Data collection techniques in this study are sampling, interviewing, and
documentation. The conclusion of this study shows that Al-Manshur Micro Waqf
Bank has an effect on the development of micro-businesses even though it has not
increased significantly, and Al-Manshur Micro Waqf Bank plays a role in helping
Micro Enterprises deal with the economic crisis during the Covid-19 pandemic,
namely by making several efforts including data collection of customers affected by
Covid-19, facilitating installments, and providing provisions in the use of online
media as a means of business development.
