PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP NIAT MEMBELI ULANG SECARA ONLINE MELALUI KEPUASAN KONSUMEN (Studi Kasus Produk Scarlett Whitening)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality,
service quality on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intentions on online
Scarlett Whitening products. The population in this study were Scarlett
Whitening's Instagram followers with a total sample of 126 respondents. Sampling
was done by purposive sampling technique. This research method is quantitative
with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data that has been
obtained were then analyzed using SPSS version 22. The data analysis technique
consisted of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, coefficient of
determination test, F test, t test, path analysis, and Sobel test.
The results showed that product quality and service quality had a significant
effect on consumer satisfaction, and product quality, service quality and customer
satisfaction significantly influenced repurchase intentions. This study also shows
that consumer satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between product
quality and service quality on repurchase intentions.
