PENGARUH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR: MEDIASI KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of perceived
organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior by mediating
organizational commitment. The sample used is non-probability sampling with
purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents of civil servants throughout
Boyolali Regency. This study uses a quantitative research method using a
questionnaire as a data collection material which was analyzed with the help of IBM
SPSS Software Version 23. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using t
statistic test as a hypothesis test and Sobel test as a mediation test.
The results of this study prove that perceived organizational support has
a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior,
organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational
citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment mediates the relationship
between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior.
The findings of this study provide a conceptual framework regarding the
factors that influence organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational
citizenship behavior can be improved by perceived organizational support and
organizational commitment. Therefore, it can be concluded that employees who
have good perceived organizational support and organizational commitment will
have a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Where to optimize
organizational citizenship behavior can also identify other factors that can affect
organizational citizenship behavior.
